Blackwater Festival 2019

When: Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 9:00 to 3:00

Where: Aiken State Park - Windsor, SC

Friends of the Edisto (FRED) invites you to attend the Sixth Annual “Blackwater Festival” at beautiful Aiken State Park on Saturday, May 18, 2019.

Schedule:9:00 AM - Park gates open and event registration begins. (Note, Aiken State Park charges $2 for parking.) 10:00 AM - Nature walk with Cal and George. 10:30 AM - Music from Palmetto Blue (bluegrass band) begins. 12:00 Noon - Lunch with Dukes BBQ begins. News and update from DHEC regarding the Groundwater Management Plan currently being developed for the area. 3:00 PM - conclusion of event.

After the FRED event - Jerry Bell plans to paddle a section of the South Fork Edisto River at Aiken State Park after the FRED event wraps up, and boaters are invited to join-in, meet up and share shuttles, etc.

Aiken State Park features swimming and boating facilities, including a canoe and kayak trail along the South Fork Edisto River. (Aiken State Park has some rental boats available on a first come first served basis.) There are also hiking trails around the festival area, and camping grounds if you want to make a weekend of it!*

We'll have home-cooked BBQ for lunch with all the fixin's. Bring a cooler (no alcoholic beverages, please) and a picnic blanket for the family. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to join, too!

The event is free to FRED members. If you’re not a member yet, you can join FRED at the event.

If you want to camp at the park, please contact the Aiken State Park staff at 803-649-2857 to reserve a spot.

We're inviting you to have fun with us this summer in the much awaited Water Festival!

Start: 24 April 2019 (After Server Maintenance)
End: 8 May 2019 (Before Server Maintenance)

- Players must have a base level of 50 (or more) to join the quest
- Quests will be divided into 2 parts, Main Quest and Daily Quest
- Any character may do the quest for one time only
- Daily Quests can be done up to 12 times (All quests will be reset every 9AM) / Player must finish main quest first before proceeding to the daily quest.
- Players can check the quest through Alt+U

Main Quest (Only 1 character at a time)

- Starting quest at Geffen (178, 165) Speak with NPC 'Chai' and he will tell you all about the Water Festival in Ayothaya and how to worship the buddha with water. If you are really interested, you may go and find NPC 'Jasmine' at Alberta for more details.

At Alberta (238, 47) Find NPC 'Jasmine' and talk to her. She will ask you to find Empty Bottle 5 ea and 10 Beautiful Flower for the warship ceremony.

Note:
You may buy the Beautiful Flower from NPC Ava at Alberta (231, 49) at 7.000 Zeny.
Paying 7,000 zeny will get you Beautiful Flower 10 ea.

Note: These items can be traded and exchanged
Once you have collected all the items, head back to NPC 'Jasmine' and she will give you Water Bowl 1 ea for worshipping the buddha at Ayothaya. After that, you need to bring this item back to Jasmine.

This item is NOT TRADABLE and YOU CANNOT keep it in storage.
Item will be deleted once the event ends.

After getting this item, talk with Jasmine again and she will warp you to Ayothaya for free.

When walking in Ayothaya (149, 170), talk to Buddha and you will be able to worship the buddha with water.

After finishing the ritual, you will get Bowl 1 ea then return it to 'Jasmine'

Item will be deleted once the event ends.

After returning the Bowl to NPC 'Jasmine', you will get EXP and Job EXP 50,000
and get 1 random item with Poring Coin 5 ea.
